I have lived in a yoga ashram, hawaii and the west indies. In general, I am into books, tea, yoga. Having grown up on a farm in Iowa, I know the value of hard work.

You used to envision what their cute butt looked like underneath that tight pair of spandex or yoga pants. I am happy, confident, self-sufficient and I love the outdoors. Food as medicine and nutrition ecology.
